Happy Monday. Can you even believe that it’s the end of January?! Where did the time go?

Lately we have been spending a lot more time outside- building a snowman or sledding, so we’ve been really trying to embrace all the snow we have outside. Our friends have a long sledding hill in their backyard which we all used used this weekend and it was fun and fast. Which, might I add, I forgot the workout you get when you go sledding! That uphill climb while hauling a sled and carrying a toddler- whew! But alas, we will have temps in the mid 40’s today (#heatwave!) so bye-bye snow.

Also last week I asked you to complete my survey online about your #1 health goal- and I want to say, THANK YOU for completing that survey! Therefore based on the results, I pieced together my top 10 ways to regain your health and manage your weight. There are more things coming based on what you told me, but this is just the beginning. So that’s what I’m sharing today!
