Laser focus. Identifying your goal and prioritizing your attention, resources and actions to achieving that one goal. It is hard. There are bumps along the way, and sometimes you can get sidetracked. But if it is worth it, you refocus, realign, and persevere. The days are long, but the years are short.

That perspective has been so rewarding as recent goals have been checked off as ‘completed’, and now new goals are being established. Can I get a ‘oh yeah!’?

The question is, what goal are you serious about tackling?

  • Is it related to showing down and eliminating some unnecessary commitments?
  • Is it to gain greater financial security?
  • Moving your body more?
  • Meditating or reading more?

Whatever it is, you can do it. It is identifying the supports and barriers in achieving that specific goal. I’m cheering you on. You can do it.
