Today is November 1st and starts my first day of thankfulness for the month. Most days this month I will be sharing something I am thankful for and why. I hope you join me.

A friend of mine, eh-hem Linda, does this every year and a couple years ago I decided I wanted to do it too. Join me?!

Basically it is irrelevant if the thing you are thankful for is simple or has depth, if it impacts you or others, or if the explanation is short or long. The point is thankfulness, and I’m going to be recording my thoughts here… hopefully to inspire you to do the same.

November Thankfulness #1

I am able to bike to work whenever I choose, with ease.

Where we live, in proximity to my workplace, makes this very do-able. I’m able to hop on my bike and move my body during my commute, and I’m so thankful. For the most part my bike is part of my commute at least once a week, but honestly not everyday. Some days biking to work doesn’t work due to weather, meetings that day, or what I’m wearing… if I’m going to be honest. But nonetheless, the opportunity is there and I’m so thankful. I’m also thankful for my husband who keeps an eye out for any of my tires which occasionally get low on air because hello (sometimes I overlook that). Frankly it’s a team approach, let’s be honest.

Join me tomorrow where I share my November Thankfulness #2. 🙂
