There is a lot going on today on Be Well Wellness- a free printable, another new online wellness e-course release, and new recipe cards for meal giving. As you know, Be Well Wellness is focused on building confidence to enhance the body/mind/spirit through love, community and authenticity.

This week is spring break at the U. AND the weather has already been so gorgeous (60-70’s) here in SE South Dakota. Motorcyclists, dog walkers, runners, everyone has been out and about- it’s just awesome. This weekend it was so nice we opened up the windows, went to the park and grilled outside for most meals (read: also picked up the yard, cleaned the garage, etc). I mean seriously, it doesn’t get much better than the onset of spring weather here (unless, of course, I was actually going somewhere during spring break). But I digress.

I worked on Be Well Wellness a lot and I had time to be creative, invest, and work at my own pace when I had several hours to myself this weekend. But I will tell you, the silence was certainly uncomfortable weird at first (but don’t worry, somehow this mama persevered through the silence when I only had to focus on me). It was much needed bliss. I’m so thankful for my husband.

Anyways, let’s get started with today’s announcements!

A free printable

St. Patrick’s Day is this week and we are scheduled to bring in a snack this week to preschool, so this will baby is going to be used. Just print it out, cut, and staple to the top of a sandwich baggie. Easy peasy.

This free printable is going to be sent to all my email subscribers tomorrow morning, where it can be downloaded to use. If you want these, just enter your email address on the right side of this page.

Another online wellness e-course

First, I’m so thrilled about these e-courses! The Occupational Wellness: Resume Overhaul is meeting the need for resume enhancement. I continue to serve as a reference for many students and in the last several years of reviewing hundreds thousands of resumes alone, I finally decided to make a course to give the nuts & bolts, do’s & don’ts, and all expectations according to the expectations of 2017.

Here, I give you the information and I tell you exactly what to do. This course is perfect for:

  • The enter-mid management professional who is gaining clarity and substance to their resume
  • The adult who hasn’t updated their resume in the last 3-4 years
  • Or, the entry level graduate.

*Professional executives with 15-20 years experience can certainly use this information as a guide, but there are different expectations for these positions- and that’s not the focus for this particular course.

Next! This one I’ve been working on for a while. It’s the “Wellness for Life: Nutrition Edition” course. It releases tomorrow!! Whoo hoo!! It’s for people who want to get back to basics with tried & true strategies to reframe their nutritional health. No gimmicks, fads, or quick fixes. It’s the essentials. This is an extreme value packed course for the amount of course content.

And if you remember the promo code I mentioned last week, it still applies to this course too (promo code expires for all courses on 3/13/17 @ 11:59pm).

New blog shop: Recipe cards for meal giving

Ta-da! My blog shop is up and running which can host my creative outlet. Right now there are Recipe Cards for meal giving.

Think: A special treat for new neighbors to welcome them into the ‘hood, or a random act of kindness. Who wouldn’t want a meal or goodies dropped off at their front door? ::raises my hands::

These {blank} little recipe cards are perfection. These are what I use too. I’ve been dropping off meals for years. It’s not all about the food. It’s the thought that counts and these are just too cute.

I also added another St. Patrick’s Day snack label. More color, attention and theme to St. Patrick’s Day.

That’s it for today! Thanks for stopping by. See you here tomorrow! *And email subscribers- you’ll be getting my newsletter tomorrow morning!

In health-

Laura
